In Car Attenuation

SIRODA have undertaken measurements to show how various locations within a vehicle can effect your mobile phones performance.

 

8 vehicles were tested, ranging from a simple city car to a luxury saloon.

 

Each vehicle was taken on a 100km test route with antennas placed in commonly used storage locations, data was logged with a pair or Rohde and Schwarz TSMW’s synchronised using custom in house software.
